Grammy Award-winning artist Sting comes to Florida next weekend in support of his My Songs tour. My Songs is a compilation of previously released songs that have been re-structured for, as Sting says, “with a contemporary focus”. But, most importantly Sting says the album is “my life in songs.” The album released in 2019 has his most notable songs including “Brand New Day”, “Desert Rose”, “Fields of Gold”, one of my personal favorites “Englishman in New York”. The album also includes legendary songs “Every Breath You Take” and a live version of “Roxanne”. Though the My Songs tour does focus on this album, the setlists that were performed in prior stops on this tour are also including a small set of songs from his album The Bridge, which was released in November 2021.
The My Songs tour will be coming through Florida on the following dates and locations:
May 20th – Daily’s Place – Jacksonville, FL
May 21st – Seminole Hard Rock and Casino – Tampa, FL
May 22nd – Seminole Hard Rock and Casino – Hollywood, FL
