LOS ANGELES, CA – Wednesday, February 14, 2018 — Greta Van Fleet, who will launch their 2018 North American tour with performances at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA on Friday, April 13 and Friday, April 20, have announced a Los Angeles headline date in tandem with the festival, performing at the John Anson Ford Theatre in Hollywood, CA on Monday, April 16.  Tickets go on sale this Friday, February 16; log onto www.gretavanfleet.com for all purchasing info.

Also announced, the band’s second single, “Safari Song,” with 5.8-million Spotify plays, has risen to #2 this week on the Active Rock Radio chart as well as holding the #1 spot on both the Apple Music Rock and iTunes Rock Charts.  The band’s debut “Highway Tune” reached #1 at Active Rock Radio last September, and held on to that position for four consecutive weeks.

Twenty-eighteen has started off very well for Greta Van Fleet.  Named one of Rolling Stone‘s “10 New Artists You Need to Know,” every one of the band’s headline dates on the recently-announced 2018 North American tour sold out in under five minutes, Elton John invited them to perform at his March 4 AIDS Foundation’s Academy Awards Viewing Party, and Entertainment Weekly singled them out as one of the “8 artists who will rule 2018.”
