Surf City Blitz brings one of the greatest punk rock lineups in the history of Southern California—including some of the biggest bands to come out of Orange County—together with Roland Sands Presents The Moto Beach Classic’s world-class motorcycle racing, and more on Saturday, October 27 and Sunday, October 28 at the world famous Huntington State Beach as a part of the SeaLegs Live Event Series. This new weekend destination festival will feature an all-star lineup of punk rock legends performing on the shore of the Pacific Ocean in picturesque Orange County, California. With the support of California State Parks, this incredible event is sure to make a splash in its inaugural year.
The daily music lineup for Surf City Blitz is as follows (subject to change):
Saturday October 27: The Offspring, Pennywise, Suicidal Tendencies, FEAR, T.S.O.L., Snuff, Mad Caddies, Voodoo Glow Skulls and more
Sunday October 28: Social Distortion, Rancid, Bad Religion, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Interrupters, The Wrecks, Aaron Lee Tasjan and more
To top things off, the second annual Moto Beach Classic combines Super Hooligan street bike flat track racing, drag and mini bike racing, art, custom motorcycles and, of course, the love of two wheels. The event will feature a dirt track on the sand for the first time ever and two days of Super Hooligan flat track racing.
Mike Ness of Social Distortion said, “This is an incredible line-up of bands over two days, and combined with Roland Sand’s Moto Beach Classic, this is going to be an awesome show. To be a part of an event like this that’s never been done before is pretty cool. It’s going to be a lot of fun.”

Roland Sands of Roland Sands Design, founder and producer of The Moto Beach Classic, explained, “The Moto Beach Classic is coming back bigger than ever as the Super Hooligans join the Surf City Blitzthis October! It’s been a dream of mine to build a dirt track on the beach and we are making that happen with berm bleachers next to a massive stage with the sickest OC lineup of all time. The Offspring, Social D, Rancid, Pennywise, Bad Religion, Suicidal Tendencies…the list keeps going. It’s a moto lover’s dream with drag races, mini road race, bike show, moto inspired art and much more. This is the only event you have to be at in 2018!”

Tickets for Surf City Blitz go on sale Friday, July 20 at 10:00 AM PT at www.SurfCityBlitz.com. General admission ticket prices start at $49.50 for single day tickets and $89.50 for weekend tickets. Single day VIP tickets start at $129.50 and various VIP packages are available (listed below).
The spacious grounds at Huntington State Beach will include an abundance of shaded areas for patrons and a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean from throughout the site, along with beach games and activities, photo ops, and a number of other attractions. Doors open at Noon each day and the festival is open to all ages.

Last year’s inaugural Moto Beach Classic was a one-day festival where, from sunup to sundown, SeaLegs at the Beach in Bolsa Chica was at capacity and filled with lovers of all types of creativity and counterculture. At any given moment, engines could be heard on the purpose-built hooligan flat track, while waves crashed along the shore. Live music echoed throughout until the doors closed on what many thought was one of the most entertaining and authentic moto events to hit the coast of California in years. Surf City Blitz at Huntington State Beach is located at: 21601 Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach, CA, and the festival entrance will be at the corner of Magnolia and Pacific Coast Highway. Limited parking will be available near the festival site. Ride sharing, public transportation and carpooling are encouraged.
