January 22, 2018 (Burbank, CA) –  Mastodon drummer extraordinaire Brann Dailor will sit in with The 8G Band on Late Night with Seth Meyers starting tonight through Thursday, January 25. The 8G Band is Seth Jabour, Eli Janney, Syd Butler, and Marnie Stern. This marks Dailor’s third invitation to sit behind The 8G Band drum kit.

As previously announced, Mastodon have received two 2018 GRAMMY® Awards nominations: “Best Rock Album” for Emperor Of Sand and “Best Metal Performance” for album track “Sultan’s Curse.” This brings the group’s career total GRAMMY® nominations to five. The 60th annual GRAMMY® will be broadcast live from New York City’s Madison Square Garden on January 28, 2018 at 7:30pm ET/4:30pm PT on CBS.
